Our Services & Fee Structure

*Our Services and Fee Structure*

Thank you for your interest in our services! Here’s a breakdown of our offerings and fee structure:

### Builder Purchase
Our services are *FREE OF COST* (i.e., ZERO PERCENT Fees) for the buyer/purchaser, provided the Builder/Developer/Seller is willing to pay *2% Commission* on the purchase of commercial or residential premises. Please note that some Developers/Builders may only pay *1% Commission; in such cases, our fee will be **1%* of the total monetary components.

### Resale
We charge a *2% commission* on the total sale/purchase value, including all monetary components for commercial or residential properties.

### Lease / Leave & License
Our rental commission structure for Leave and License properties is as follows, based on the total agreement tenure including the lock-in period:

-*1 year Agreement* – 1 Month’s Rent as Fees
-* 2 years* - 1.5 Month's Rent as Fees
- *3 to 5 years* – 2 Month’s License Fees
- *5 to 7 years* – 3 Month’s License Fees
- *(And so on)*

*Payment is due immediately* at the time of signing the agreement or at registration, whichever is earlier.

### Renewal of Leave & License Agreement
The Licensor/Licensee agrees to pay commission on the renewal of the agreement. The commission structure is the same as for the initial Leave & License agreement. *Payment is due immediately* at the time of signing or registration.

### Goods and Services Tax (GST) and T.D.S.
- *GST* is applicable at *18%*. We will provide you with a GST tax invoice.
- If *T.D.S.* is deducted, please furnish the T.D.S. certificate or online details immediately if processed through the government portal.

### Payment
Payment is due when the agreement is signed. Registration of the agreement deed is highly recommended.
